Hướng dẫn lắp đặt và sử dụng máy vặt lông gà vịt hiệu quả
Khi nhu cầu ăn các món gà vịt tăng cao thì các máy vặt lông gà lại lên ngôi. Như trước đây mỗi khi làm được món gà hay vịt người ta thường nhổ lông gà vịt bằng cách thủ công truyền thống tốn rất nhiều thời gian và công sức. Thì hiện nay với chiếc máy vặt lông gà vịt hiện đại đã giúp người dùng giảm đi bớt gánh nặng, vặt lông gà vịt một cách nhanh chóng. Giúp tăng năng suất hiệu quả công việc. Nhưng vẫn còn nhiều người băn khoan lo lắng rằng không biết lắp đặt hay sử dụng máy vặt lông gà có đơn giản hay là hiệu quả không? Hướng dẫn lắp đặt máy vặt lông gà vịt
- Có thể dùng ổ điện để cắm trực tiếp hoặc cắt dây và đấu qua aptomat điện 1 pha để tiện bật/tắt trong quá trình sử dụng.
- Bạn nên sử dụng aptomat có cường độ dòng điện từ 20A trở lên.
- Có thể dùng dây kim loại để nối vào ốc tiếp đất sau máy và cắm xuống sàn để tiếp đất an toàn cho máy.
Hướng dẫn sử dụng máy vặt lông gà vịt
Đầu tiên nên vệ sinh qua trong lồng đánh và xịt nước ướt hết các núm cao cu để tăng độ bám.
Nhúng gà vịt vào nước
- Nhúng gà đều trong nước ấm khoảng 70 – 80 độ C khoảng từ 2 – 3 phút.
- Với ngan vịt cần nhúng khoảng 2 – 3 phút trong nước nóng từ 60 -70 độ C.
- Bạn nên đun nước sôi rồi pha thêm nước lạnh sao cho nước vừa đủ nóng để nhúng.
Vặt lông gà vịt
- Mở máng thoát lông ở mặt trước của máy vặt lông gà vịt
- Thả gà vịt vào lồng đánh và bật máy lên.
- Trong khi máy hoạt động dùng ca múc hoặc vòi bơm để xịt nước lạnh đều vào gà vịt.
- Thời gian vặt lông gà rất nhanh chỉ từ 30 giây đến 1 phút, vặt lông vịt từ 50 giây đến 2 phút.
Lưu ý khi sử dụng máy làm lông gà vịt
- Với máy vặt lông gà Ø55(1,5KW): bạn nên vặt 1 – 2 con/1 lần.
- Với máy vặt lông gà Ø60(2,2KW): bạn nên vặt 2 – 3 con/1 lần để gà không bị hỏng.
- Vệ sinh máy và lông gà trong lồng sạch sẽ sau mỗi lần sử dụng.
- Không đươc xịt ngược nước từ máng thoát lông lên trên vì nước có thể bắn vào morto
Một số sự cố và cách khắc phục khi sử dụng máy vặt lông gà vịt
– Trùng dây cuaro:
Nguyên Nhân: Dây cuaro thường trùng theo thời gian, đây là hiện tượng bình thường với bất cứ loại máy nào.
Khắc phục: Vặn con ốc lộ ra ngoài ở phần thân máy đến khi dây cuaro đạt độ căng yêu cầu
– Các mút cao su bị gãy , mòn
Nguyên nhân: thời gian sử dụng lâu làm hư hỏng. Hoặc khi vặt lông gà người dùng để gà vịt đang nóng vào máy hay do xối nước nóng vào máy làm các mút cao su gãy và mòn.
Khắc phục: Thay thế các mút cao su này. Khi thay mút mới chỉ cần đưa đầu mới vào các lỗ và kéo đến khi các mút vào đúng vị trí.
– Rung lắc hoặc kêu bất thường :
Nguyên nhân: Do 4 chân đế của máy không chắc chắn hoặc có mút cao su bị đứt. Gãy trên mâm máy khiến mâm máy không được cân bằng.
Khắc phục: Kê lại 4 chân đế cho chắc chắn hoặc bạn có thể chèn thêm các chân cao su giảm rung vào 4 chân đế. Hoặc là thay thế các nút cao su hỏng.
– Máy thường hay kêu sau một thời gian dài sử dụng :
Nguyên nhân: Hỏng vòng bi
Khắc phục: Lật máy và thay thế vòng bi ở các vị trí bánh đà, dưới lồng vặt và kiểm tra bi mô tơ.
