Cách làm rượu Hàn Quốc thơm ngon cực kì đơn giản
Trên thị trường hiện nay, một số loại rượu Hàn Quốc đang hot trên thị trường Việt Nam được kể đến như Soju, rượu trái cây (gwasilju), Cheongju (Yakju)….. Và phải kể đến một loại rượt có tên là Makgeolli. Makgeolli được làm từ gạo. Makgeolli là một trong những loại rượu gạo có thời gian lâu đời nhất của Hàn Quốc được rất nhiều người trên thế giới ưa thích. Cách làm rượu Hàn Quốc – rượu gạo Hàn Quốc
Thành phần nguyên liệu (4 người)
Để nấu món Rượu gạo Hàn Quốc cần những nguyên liệu sau:
Thành phần
- 1 kg gạo tẻ (hoặc gạo nếp)
- Nuruk starter: 95 g
- 1 lít nước sạch
- 1 muỗng cà phê men ủ rượu (tùy chọn)
Chuẩn bị nguyên liệu và cách nấu
Bước 1 : Chuẩn bị
Chuẩn bị gạo (trước 5 giờ)

Làm cơm khô – Vo gạo vài lần với nước mát cho tới khi nước chảy ra khá trong là đã sạch.

Ngâm gạo trong nước khoảng 2 giờ cho gạo ngọt, 3 giờ cho gạo hạt ngắn và qua đêm đối với gạo lứt. Bạn có thể ngâm lâu hơn, tuy nhiên cần thay nước sau 8 tiếng.

Xả gạo trong chao từ 30 – 45 phút. Chỉ cần loại bỏ hoàn toàn lượng nước dư thừa trước đó.

Hấp – Sử dụng một tủ hấp bằng tre và lót thêm một lớp lưới silicon chống dính xuống dưới rồi xếp gạo lên, sau đó hấp trong 40 phút hoặc cho đến khi nào không còn thấy lượng hơi bốc lên qua tủ hấp nữa là được.

Trải xôi ra khay để chờ cho xôi nguội. Để nguội trong khoảng 2 giờ hoặc lâu hơn cho đến khi sờ vào không thấy tay ấm.

Chuẩn bị thùng chứa
Chuẩn bị Nuruk (món khai vị) và nước
Bước 2: Làm Makgeolli

Khi cơm đã nguội, thêm gạo vào hỗn hợp nước Nuruk trong bình. Gạo yêu cầu cần phải đủ khô để các hạt riêng biệt dễ dàng tách chúng ra khỏi nhau.

Trộn mọi thứ để chúng được đều và đảm bảo không còn sót lại những khối nuruk lớn. Bạn hãy cố gắng không làm dập hoặc vỡ hạt gạo. Bạn trộn càng lâu, mọi thứ sẽ ấm lên cho phép men và các enzym được kích hoạt.

Đậy nắp hộp hơi lỏng lẻo và đặt ở nơi tối và khô mát trong khoảng 10-14 ngày.
